Abstract Guidelines :

APM-2026 welcomes high-quality, cutting-edge research articles in the relevant areas from academia, R&D organisations, and industries to discuss their innovative ideas in line with the Conference theme. Conference invites abstracts in the form of oral & poster presentations.

Participants are requested to submit a page abstract (350 words) emphasising their research objectives, results, and outcomes. The abstracts for Oral presentations should be in Arial (A4) and must be prepared as per the following format mentioned below. 

• The title should be in bold with a font size of 16.
• Author name(s) and affiliation in the subsequent lines as central alignment. with font sizes of 14 and 12, respectively.
• The presenting author should be underlined with Email-ID in italics (Font size of 12).
• The text of the Abstract should be in a font size of 12 and line spacing of 1.5, along with 3-5 keywords. 
• The general guideline/template for the abstract can be downloaded from.
• Abstract should be submitted at the conference website. 
• Acceptance of abstracts will be initiated through email after scrutiny by subject experts & selected papers will be published in conference proceedings.
• Selected papers will be published in a reputed journal

Poster Presentation:

The poster session is proposed to highlight the R&D activities in various fields of polymer science, petrochemicals, and its allied areas. The best poster shall be awarded with prizes. A committee comprising eminent scientists will make its decision on the best posters presented in the conference.

• The poster should be in English with portrait orientation, A1 size (23.4 × 33.1 inches), and submitted online in Portable Document Format (.pdf)
• The poster title followed by the name and affiliation of the author, should be placed at the top. The presenting author should be underlined with their Email ID in italics.
• All diagrams and paragraphs should be neatly prepared and legible.
•  Different colours and texture symbols should be used for each line/bar content in the graph/website.
• The poster shall be printed at the author’s end.
